FAQ's

How do I apply for a Secure Cycle Storage Space?
You can apply by clicking on the relevant station's secure cycle storage tile above
How will I access the Secure Storage compound?
Once your application has been completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation. We will send you a brand new Smart Card. This will give you access to the Secure Storage Compound
What do I do if my Cycle Storage Smart Card has been lost/ stolen?
If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, we can cancel the card so it can no longer be used. Secure Cycle Storage passes are excluded when it comes to duplicates, so a new pass would need to be purchased.
My Smart Card is not working.
In the first instance you should speak to any available staff who can test it for you or allow access to remove your cycle from the compound. If it needs replacing, simply email securecyclestorage@greateranglia.co.uk and we will arrange a new one to be sent to your Hub station where you can swap the damaged card for the replacement. You won't be able to use the facility while you are waiting for your replacement to arrive. 
Who do I contact if the station is unmanned?
There will be a notice near the gate of your compound. This will tell you where your nearest Hub Station is. You will need to speak to the ticket office staff at the Hub Station to report your faulty ticket. If noone is available to allow access for you to retrieve your bike, during the hours of 0900-1600hrs, you can call us on 0333 332 4000. We will be able to allow access for you to retrieve your cycle only, once we confirm a valid pass is in place. We regret that we are unable to allow daily access to drop your cycle off.
I no longer need to use the facility. How do I cancel?
You can email securecyclestorage@greateranglia.co.uk to inform us of your cancellation request.
Can I get a refund?
If you wish to cancel part way through the year, no refund will be due.
My lost pass has been found, will I be able to get a refund for the new pass?
Once you report your pass as lost or stolen, it is quickly deactivated so that it can no longer be used. We regret that we are unable to provide a refund for the replacement pass you purchased.
