Welcome to our Anglo European School at Ingatestone Hub

This is a new way for you to buy your ticket(s), designed to allow those not close to a Greater Anglia station to purchase tickets easily, but it's available for anyone attending Anglo European School.

You can order your ticket from the comfort of your home, 24/7.

A season ticket photocard is required to support the ticket. Proof of attendance at the school is required, which you can upload when entering your details. A download of the school letter can be obtained on their website.

When ordering online with us, your first ticket will be sent to you via the post, on a brand-new Smart Card. Choose FREE postage at checkout.

Those who have an existing Smart Card will have their ticket uploaded to it remotely. All you need to do is activate each term's season ticket on the Smart Card before using it for the first time. 

We regret that we are no longer able to add tickets from Manor Park onto a Smart Card. All customers requesting a journey from Manor Park will be sent a paper ticket. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

How can I buy an Anglo European School Academic pass?
You can buy your ticket in the usual way at the station. However we've made it easier for you by offering an alternative. You can now order online with us with a few benefits thrown in for good measure. Tickets purchased online will be available up to 4 weeks in advance of the start of term and child tickets will also be issued on Smart Card. You can also buy your tickets in the comfort of your own home
How will my ticket be sent to me?
Your first ticket from us will be loaded on to a brand-new Smart Card and posted to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48. By entering your email and mobile number on your account you will get delivery updates from Royal Mail. Please allow 5 working days for it to arrive. Subsequent tickets will be uploaded remotely which you will need to activate before using it for the first time. A QR code will be included on the letter accompanying your new Smart Card. Scanning it will explain how you can activate your ticket
Can I buy a ticket for the Academic Year?
No. All tickets for Anglo European School will be issued as a term-time ticket. Term dates for the remainder of this academic year are: SPRING TERM: Thursday 5th January 23 - Friday 31st March 23; SUMMER TERM: Monday 17th April 23 - Wednesday 19th July 23. 
The term has already started and I haven’t bought my ticket yet?
These tickets are set prices irrespective of the date they were purchased during the term. No additional discount is given for purchasing the pass after the term start date
Can I use my ticket when I’m not at school?
Anglo European School students can use their ticket to travel from their home station to Ingatestone during term-time only. This includes Saturdays and Sundays during term-time however it is not permitted to be used (i) on bank holidays; (ii) including the weekends at the beginning and end of the half-term; (iii) or during school holidays
I’ve got a Smart card and I want to renew my scholar season Ticket?
It’s easy, when the next term approaches, simply purchase your ticket online. Wait for 2 working days and then load it either at the ticket gate, ticket machine, or Smart Card validator located at the station entrance at your chosen collection station. You can also download the GA App and load it from your phone to your Smart Card.
I’ve received a paper season ticket?
Almost all of our journeys are available on Smart Card now, even child tickets. For journeys not available on a Smart Card we will continue to issue paper tickets. 
Do I need a photocard?
Yes. You will need a photocard to accompany your Smart Card or paper season ticket. If you don’t have one, take a passport sized photo to any Greater Anglia ticket office and we’ll issue one for free
I’ve lost my Smart Card/Paper season ticket
If you lose your Smart Card or paper ticket, please get in touch with us at Business Travel on 0345 600 7245 (option 6) between 09:00-16:30 Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note, stations will be unable to provide a replacement/ duplicate for tickets issued by us
I don’t need my ticket any longer, can I get a refund?
If you find that you no longer require your ticket then we can normally arrange a refund provided enough time is still left on the ticket. Get in touch with Business Travel on 0345 600 7245 (option 6) between 09:00-16:30 Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)
