IMPORTANT NOTICE: Orders placed after 1100hrs on Friday 12th April are not guaranteed to be uploaded for travel to school/ college/ Uni on 15th April. You must allow 2 working days for these to show on your Smart Card. New cards must be given 5 working days to arrive in the post.

Order confirmations are NOT valid for travel and you must purchase tickets to travel. These are not refundable.

Cambridgeshire Zone - get a Price

Please enter your details for the ticket you require. There are a number of options available to you. Your journey might already be available in Cambridgeshire Zone Renewals Option. Check there first before getting a quote. If it's there, you can purchase it straight away.

If you require a Flexi Season, please click HERE. Cambridgeshire Zone employee discounts do not extend to Flexi Seasons.

Please note: Great Northern route tickets will need to be activated using the GA App. Tickets are unable to be activated at Hitchin, Littleport, Letchworth Garden City, Royston, Southend Airport, Watlington and Waterbeach.

If you require a PlusBus, please purchase your rail ticket first then order your PlusBus ticket as a completely separate order.

Please note, all season tickets must be accompanied by a Photocard ID. This identifies the season ticket as belonging to you and helps prevent fraudulent use should it be lost or stolen. If you don't yet have a photocard ID, take a passport size photo to your nearest manned ticket office and request an adult photocard ID. These are issued free of charge.

Underneath the barcode will be a series of letters and numbers. This is your photocard ID. 

If you don't yet have a Smart Card, type 'NEW' in the Smart Card Number field and we will send one to you in the post which will already contain your ticket.

Once you have entered your details, click  then submit it. Do not click on BUY NOW.

We will send you an email with a price for your ticket. You can then Proceed to Payment, add your Voucher Code to receive your discount and pay for your ticket. Please allow 5 working days for your ticket to arrive if it's a new Smart Card being sent out to you.
