Here's how it works.

Simply select your FREE ticket, where you're travelling from and your name. 

There is also an option to purchase a ticket for an accompanying person, such as your parent/ guardian. Just enter their name and select the 'From' station below in the accompanying person fields.

If you require more than 1 accompanying person, please call us on 0345 600 7245 (Option 6). Lines are open 0900-1630, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We can offer you a quotation.

Add your FREE TICKET voucher code at the basket stage and refresh. This will deduct the price for your ticket. You can then just confirm your order. Choose FREE SHIPPING on the Delivery page.

If you have opted for additional tickets, you will be taken to the payment screen. If it's a ticket just for yourself, the order will automatically complete.

If the From station is not listed, please call us on the above number.

Once you have ordered your ticket, you will receive an order confirmation. This is not valid for travel. We will send you a new Smart Card with your ticket loaded on to it. Keep hold of the Smart Card as any subsequent Greater Anglia season tickets can be added to it at a later date.
