You can log in to your account to check the status of your order

We have been advised that the issue with Order Confirmations being sent to gmail or email addresses has now been resolved


You should receive any quotations or order confirmations within minutes, however some email provider settings are set to reject mail sent from a shared email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour, firstly check your Spam folder. If the email confirmation is not there, you can access your account and select and view your orders or quotations as well as the status of your order

We are currently working on a fix for this issue. 

You can also accept and pay for a quotation from your account


If you have a different/ additional email address, we advise that you use that when placing your order.


To help prevent an email being blocked, adding to your address book often resolves the issue
