Cancellation Request

Simply complete the requested information below.

All cancellations take place on 1st of the month (last date of the previous month is your last dated of use).

Requests must be made by 10th of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel from. i.e. a cancellation for February must be made by 10th January. If requests are made after the 10th, it will not cancel until the month afterwards. i.e. request made on 11th January will cancel on 1st March.

You will receive a confiormation email once your request has been processed. 

You must return your Season Direct Smart Card within 7 days of the cancellation date.

Please ensure you cancel your payment instruction for Season Direct with your bank.
