Simply complete the details below.
Journey, ticket or information changes
Changes must be requested by 5th of the month prior to the month you want to change to take place. i.e. To make a change from January, you will need to make your request by 5th December. Change requests received after 5th will not take effect until the month after i.e. request made 6th December, change will take place on 1st February
You will receive a confirmation email once your details have been changed. This will confirm the changes made and the new price, if applicable.
Change of payment details
If you are requesting to change your payment details, please DO NOT enter any bank details. Simply select Change of Payment Details from the drop down list and leave the Details space blank
Once your request has been received, we will send you an email containing a link to our direct debit partners GoCardless, to set up a new payment instruction. Please remember to cancel your existing instruction with your bank
